PRIVACY POLICY

Any personal data you provide will be treated as confidential (unless we are requested by a public body with proper authority to provide it or reputable third party in order to process your order). Data collected by this site is used to successfully fulfil customer orders and we will only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes. If we need to contact you for any reason whether by e-mail, letter or telephone you agree that this is not a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

RETURNS

Once goods are delivered, you have 14 calendar days to return items. To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been worn and have all original tags still intact on the item. You must provide proof of purchase. All returns need to be via signed delivery and carried out at the customers expense.

LIABILITY

Although we have done everything possible to accurately represent all products on our website we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. This is due to varying differences in computer quality and screen resolution.

TAX, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All prices on our site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.

If your order is to be delivered outside the UK, it may incur import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country.
